- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — usage and analytics data is processed to understand how the platform is used and to improve it. This interest does not override your rights and freedoms.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — where we rely on your consent (e.g. analytics cookies), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. How We Process CVs
CVs and job descriptions you upload are processed exclusively by our AI ranking model to produce the ranking results you request. Our AI infrastructure runs entirely on private cloud servers — your documents are never sent to third-party AI APIs or external model providers.
Documents are stored in our database following the legal and security procedures described in Section 9. They are used solely for the purpose of providing the ranking service and are not used to train or improve any AI model without your explicit consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, or upon your request, all associated personal data — including CVs, job descriptions, and account information — is permanently deleted within 30 days.
